High-efficiency AC/DC power supply for demanding industrial automation
The single-phase models of Delta's DIN Pro series have been specially developed for high-power automation applications and offer robust, reliable power supply at the highest level. With a wide power range from 120 W to 960 W and an excellent energy efficiency with an efficiency rating of up to 95.5%, the series combines maximum power with an extremely slim housing design. With a width starting from just 30 mm, the DIN Pro series saves valuable space on the DIN rail inside the control cabinet and enables a noticeable optimization of the layout.
For maximum flexibility in international use, the power supplies feature a wide AC input range from 85 to 277 VAC (even up to 305 VAC for 60 seconds short-term) and additionally support DC input operation. For critical peak loads, the integrated power boost function provides power reserves of up to 150% for up to 5 seconds to handle high inrush currents without any problems.
Even under extreme conditions, the DIN Pro series remains uncompromisingly ready for operation: it convinces with a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +80 °C and delivers full power (full load) up to a temperature of +60 °C. An integrated DC OK relay and an LED status indicator allow for easy monitoring, while the integrated current sharing function supports smooth parallel operation to increase power. For the necessary safety, the system can also be controlled remotely via an integrated remote ON/OFF contact.
Due to the conformal coating of the printed circuit boards (PCBAs), the components are optimally protected against dust and common pollutants. The DIN Pro power supplies are certified according to world-leading standards (including IEC/EN/UL 62368, IEC/UL 61010 and IEC 61558) and comply with the SEMI F47 standard for immunity to voltage sags in semiconductor manufacturing.
